As fashion photographers, a frequent task is to idealize a vision. Complex sets are built and then - along with the models - highly stylised and dramatised. There has been a "blurring of the line" between fashion photography and fine art nude photography over the years.

Hopefully this is clearly reflected in my work. My images are often allegorical - tableau vivant style as opposed to the Femjoy or Metart style of nude photography. All printed images are totally original, unique and never duplicated. I no longer use Fujifilm Velvia and have moved to digital. I am always enthralled with the tonality and range that my Leaf/Hasselblad digital system produces.
